Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, you can call +1 [513] 253-0122 to place the order.

Do you ship to outside of the US?
Yes, we do. Please send us an email if you live outside of the US along with the product selections and we will give you the total cost including the shipping.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept payment through Money Order, PayPal and Google Checkout.

When can I expect to receive the products?
We will send you a confirmation email of the purchase once you have placed the order. After receiving the payment, we will ship the items using USPS Priority Mail and send you the shipping notification. You should expect the products to arrive between 1 to 3 days after receiving shipping notification.

How is your sizing of the clothes?
Most of our clothes come in one size and they have considerable stretch and are form fitting. Thus, we provide size measurement for each of our clothes. They are measured in bust, waist and hip. Please refer to the size measurements of each items to make sure that you purchase the right clothes.

What is the size measurement guidelines?
Bust: Measure around the shoulder blades, under the armpits and over the fullest part of the bust. Waist: Find your natural waistline and measure. Hip: Measure the fullest part of the hip (usually about 7-9 inches below the waist)

What is your Refund and Exchange Policy?
We will gladly exchange the items within 5 days after you have received the items for the following reasons: defective items, and missing items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to please contact us and we will try our best to make things right. Shipping handling fees are non-refundable.

What happens if there are out of stock items?
If you encounter a back order situation, we encourage you to send us an email to let us know which item(s) you are interested in purchasing. We will do our best in ordering that item(s) from our supplier and send you the confirmation email.

Do you have store promotion(s)?
Yes, we do. Please make sure you are subscribed to our mailing list to receive store's discount code or other promotional offer(s)

Can I still purchase SOLD OUT items?
If you would like to purchase SOLD ITEM clothes, please contact us directly. We will then contact our supplier to purchase that particular item. However, we do not guarantee the availability of the sold out items as it depends on the suppliers' available stocks.
